2. CONSULTATION

We will have an initial 30 - 60 minute call where we’ll cover your initial pain points and areas that you need support with.

You can tell me more about your business and we will see if we are a good fit. This is also a chance for you to ask any questions.

3. CONTRACT AND PAYMENT

You’ll be sent a service contract to sign via Adobe. If you require an NDA, this can be included here.

You’ll also receive an initial invoice equivalent to 10 hours which is payable in advance of work commencing.

4. ONBOARDING AND KICK-OFF CALL

We have officially started! We will have a kick-off call to start the onboarding process. Here we will deep dive into some of the following topics:

  • Current software and access arrangements

  • Priority tasks and future plans

  • Training on any required software
